“Sperling im Augarten”—at Sperling, the menu is made for ordering and sharing across the board: homemade black pudding on brioche with Sichuan port wine fig, tender veal neck slow-cooked in olive oil with capers and herbs on smoked celeriac cream, Wiener Schnitzel of veal, or a juicy beef burger made with 100% Austrian beef. To finish, fresh Dukatenbuchteln with vanilla sauce or curd cream with a delicate hint of tonka bean—homemade, seasonal, prepared with love. Accompanied by a fine selection of Austrian and international wines.
