Vienna Porcelain Meets Vienna Tea Culture
The Scattered Cornflowers Tea Set combines handcrafted Augarten porcelain with selected tea from Haas & Haas. Two traditional Viennese houses bring together fine porcelain craftsmanship and selected tea to create a special gift for tea lovers.
The “Scattered Cornflowers” décor, with its vibrant blue cornflowers and delicate gold rim, reflects a long tradition of European porcelain culture. Cornflower décors have been popular on porcelain since the second half of the 18th century and also became a sought-after motif in Vienna. The “Schubert” shape was the first tableware shape created by the Augarten Porcelain Manufactory, founded in Vienna in 1923. With its classic silhouettes and subtle ornamental details, it remains a classic of Viennese porcelain to this day.
The classic Augarten porcelain is complemented by a selected tea speciality from Haas & Haas, creating a refined tea gift set from Vienna for special occasions or moments of enjoyment at home.
